Nicola leads the way in Law exams

A NEW Ross Law Student has come out tops by attaining first place in Criminal Law in the recent Law Society examinations.

Nicola Hennessy, from Marshmeadows, New Ross, the daughter of Gerry and Catherine Hennessy, achieved the prestigious first place in Criminal Law in the gruelling FE1 Examinations.

A past pupil of St. Canice's National School and Our Lady of Lourdes Secondary School, Nicola (21) attended Griffith College in Waterford to undertake her law course and came first out of over 700 other students in Ireland, when she sat the exam last October A special presentation was made to her to mark her remarkable achievement by Ronan Fenelon, Director of Griffith College.
