A CURFEW has been imposed on an Adamstown youth charged in relation to the theft of €680 worth of tools from a building site.
The male was arrested by Detective Garda Dave Flynn last Tuesday and was charged in relation to theft and trespass.
Judge Haughton was informed that the alleged offences were committed while the defendant was on bail on other matters.
The case was adjourned until February 19 and the defendant was remanded on bail with conditions that he remains at his home address in Adamstown between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. and that he doesn't drive any vehicle while on bail.
In remanding him on bail Judge Haughton warned that if he breaks the bail bond he will seriously consider revoking bail and putting the defendant into custody.
