GLENMORE GAA stalwart Seamus Dunphy was delighted to get his hands on the Liam MacCarthy Cup when it was proudly brought to New Ross Community Hospital by goalie Eoin Murphy.
The sub goalie for the Kilkenny Senior Hurling Team visited the hospital with the cup, where Seamus delighted in seeing the coveted cup and being visited by Eoin.
Seamus, who was the Glenmore GAA Club Secretary for over forty years, is very much respected and renowned throughout the Parish.
Passionate about GAA, Seamus still follows the triumphs of the Kilkenny Hurling Team.
Seamus, who hails from Ballyverneen, really appreciated the cup visit by fellow clubman Eoin Murphy from Ballyveria.
