Horeswood GAA club will hold its annual general meeting in the Centre this Friday November 30th at 8.30 pm. All players, members and anyone else interested in Gaelic Games is welcome to attend.
The GAA club is having a party night in Dunphys on Saturday December 8th. All players, comittee members, selectors, parents and anyone who helped with various events during the yea,r whether in Adult GAA, Coiste na nOg, Camogie, Ladies Football or Handball is invited to attend.
Various musicians will supply the music for an Irish Session.
All 2013 minor footballers are reminded that the club has entered a team in the Jim Byrne Cup and will play their first game against Gusserane in Ballycullane next Sunday at 2pm.

Horeswood Handball/Racketball club will hold it's AGM on Thursday November 29th at 7pm. Anyone interested in handball or racketball is welcome. interest in Racketball has diminished in recent years and the club would welcome male and female players.
Horeswood handball club's doubles league is down to the knockout stages and the quarter finals will be played next week. In Div. 2 Paddy Roche/Paddy McMahon are unbeaten and will be joined in the semi-final by either Denis Cadogan/Michael Murphy or Kieran Reville/Jimmy O'Sullivan.
There will be a Christmas Fair in Campile Hall on Sunday December 16th from 2-6pm and the Christmas lights in the village will be switched on.
Applications are invited for an environmental worker under the Horeswood/ Ballycullane CE Scheme in the Campile area. The succesful applicant must meet specific eligibility criteria. Interested applicants should contact Maire Jackman 087 1973537. December 7th is the closing date.
Following are the results of matches played last weekend. U10 Girls - Campile United 1 Kilmore 0: This was an excellent match between two very good teams. Amy Ennis scored Campile's goal and only for superb performance of the Kilmore goalkeeper, Campile would have won by a lot more.
U14 Girls - Rosslare 3 Campile United 2: The girls put in a battling performance but were missing a few key players through injury. Eva Boland scored the two Campile goals.
U12 Boys - Campile United 9 All Blacks 0: The boys put in another fine performance for this big win. Cathal Mernagh and Jack Kehoe scored two each with Danny Nolan, Jim Wallace, Jordan Murray, Barry Walsh Howlin and Nigel Dunne all getting one each.
Campile United had two players on the Wexford U18 Team which was playing last weekend. They won 2-1 and both Mikey Rowe and Dale Flynn who captained the team played very well.
