A THREE-year driving ban has been handed down to Patrick Quinn from Wellingtonbridge for a drunken driving offence.
The 39-year-old was before last Tuesday's sitting of Wexford District Court charged with the motoring offence on May 29 last at Polldoor, Foulksmills.
Garda Niall Brophy told the court that a sample of the defendant's breath gave a reading of 91 mg of alcohol per 100 ml of breath.
Judge Haughton also imposed a €400 fine.
