Skelliga put seven goals past St Bernards

DENNY DIVISION 2A Skelliga FC 7 St Bernards 1 SKELLIGA FC have been in top goalscoring form in recent weeks and this trend continued on Sunday when they hit St Bernards for seven goals and in the process became the new league leaders in this division.

The star of the show for the South Kerry side was Rad Keating who scored four goals while Jimmy Stapleton, Barry O'Sullivan and Stevie Boyle were also on the mark.

Skelliga FC are now two points ahead of Shanakill who were not playing on Sunday.

Even at this early stage in the season this division is shaping up for a Skelliga versus Shanakill final as all other sides in the division have a lot of catching up to do if they are to put them under any kind of pressure. Inter Kenmare B 1 Mastergeeha B 5 MASTERGEEHA were too strong for Inter with their goals coming from Ian Devane 2, Eoin Moynihan 2, Paul Lenihan and Chris Egan.
