THE last final of the season is down for decision at Mounthawk Park next Friday evening when Killarney Celtic and Tralee Dynamos lock horns in the Castle Bar Cup Final.
The game was scheduled to be played two weeks ago but it was postponed due to the death of John Doyle and consequently Celtic will be very anxious to win it in memory of their legendary player.
Killarney Celtic had a very convincing 4-1 win over The Park in the semi-final while Dynamos struggled to win against Mastergeeha.
Killarney Celtic will go into the big game as favourites as they are the newly crowned Premier A Champions and have a very strong squad of players this year.
Dynamos have a formidable side also many of whom has League of Ireland experience behind them.
Both sides have lethal strikers with Peter McCarthy one of the best in the county for Celtic while Danny Roche has scored 35 already this season for Dynamos.
Midfield is likely to be the Launchpad for success in this game, with James Sugrue Shane Guthrie, Maurice O'Rahilly and Jamie McIntyre key players for Dynamos while Gary Keane, Pa McGrath and John McDonagh and Stephen Hayes will be players Celtic will be relying on to win the battle in the centre of the Park. However, Gintus Poketarus is also a key player for Celtic and has been scoring frequently all season.
It should be a close game but Killarney Celtic are tipped to be crowned Castle Bar Cup champions on Friday evening.
