Listowel Celtic Under 12 girls continue to lead the way

WHILE the league is winding down all games are now very important. Listowel Celtic continue lead the way in the 12 Girls Premier and this week were too strong for Killarney Celtic B.

League Round-up

Goals from Fionula Keane, Aoife Horgan, Ciara Hudson and Caoimhe Spillane were enough to give the North Kerry girls the three points.

Killarney Celtic wrapped up fourth spot in the Daly's Supervalu 13 Premier by taking the points against Inter Kenmare.

In Division 1 Killarney Athletic went into their final game of the season against Killarney Celtic C knowing that a point would give them second place and pip Mastergeeha for the spot. And they got the point they needed in a 0-0 draw. Credit also must go to Celtic C who despite having nothing to play for showed great pride and passion in holding the division's runners-up scoreless.

The Killarney Plaza 15 Premier continues to be a nail-biter with it still looking like it will go down to the last game of the season. The Park need to win their final two games and then beat Killarney Celtic to set up a play-off with the latter and achieved the first part by getting the points against Mastergeeha.
