KERRY play their second game in their group in the Oscar Traynor Cup this Thursday when they host The Defence Forces at Mounthawk Park.
Kerry have a good win against The Munster Senior League under their belt and should they win this game they will take a major step towards progressing to the knock out stages of the national competition. They had a 2-1 win over The Munster Senior League in the opening round at Mounthawk Park with the goals coming from Jonathan Burrows and Con Barrett.
There will be two additions to the Kerry panel since the game against the Defence Forces with James Sugrue who was not available for the last game as he was on holidays is back while Adam Pigott who missed the last game due to injury will also be available.
The manager of the Kerry team Timmy Lynch is looking forward to the game aware that The Defence Forces are a formidable side that will be difficult to defeat.

In the other game in the group the Munster League and the Limerick League meet at Jackman Park in Limerick.
