DENNY DIVISION 2B Cedar Galaxy 7 Clanmaurice 3 WHEN you go to watch Cedar you always get plenty of goals and Sunday was no exception. The home side started the better creating chances from the very start and went two up within ten minutes both from Conor Agnew.

Two moments of confusion at the back left the door open for Clanmaurice and they punished both times to draw level.

But Galaxy upped it again and found the net a third and fourth time through Sam Dobbins and Agnew adding his third. It stayed that way at the break with galaxy looking threatening every time they went forward.

The second half brought more goals with Clanmaurice pulling another goal back to make it 4-3 before the home side upped it again with great team play. This allowed Agnew to add his fourth, Dobbins to smash home his second and right back David Slattery joined the goal scoring party near the finish to help the home sides goal difference.

A very good team performance giving plenty options going forward and every individual hungry to get on the ball with lots of slick passing movement. Other good performances for the home side came from Sean Coppinger, Adam Waterworth and Mark Murphy. Annascaul FC 2 Valley Wanderers 2 THIS was a big game for both sides and Annasscaul will be the happier side with the result as they had to come from 2-0 down to secure a draw. Valley established a two-goal lead with strikes from new Daddy, Ger Myles and David Kerins.

However, in the second half Annascaul got back into the game with a Shane Foley goal after being set up by Garreth O'Donnell.

In the final minute the West Kerry side were awarded a hotly disputed penalty which Eamon Hickson scored at the second attempt.
