Another win for league leaders Park

IN the North section joint leaders The Park had too much in hand for Killarney Celtic B and took all three points with goals from Shane McLoughlin, Fergal O'Donoghue, Jesse Stafford Lacey, Dougie Fitzell and Paddy Collins.

Fellow table toppers Listowel Celtic had a tougher battle, eventually overcoming Castleisalnd 4-2. Brian O'Seannachain, Dara Sheehy, Brian Mason and Jack Foley scored for the North Kerry Hoops, while John McMahon and Colm McCarthy scored for Castleisland.

Kingdom Boys were too strong for Camp and won thanks to hat tricks from Shane Lowth and Eoin Hennessey, and one each from Thomas Phelan, Cathal Kennelly and Aaron O'Keeffe and remain just three points off the top.

Second defeated first in the table topping clash of Mastergeeha and the Park B. It was the home side who keep the points in Kilbrean Park and now join The Park B at the top of the table on nine points.

Eoin McSweeney, Tadgh O'Mahoney, Tommy Sheehan and Andrew Sheehan scored for the Kilbrean boys. Killorglin also took three points as they overcame Ballyhar.

Dan Whittleton scored twice and Jack O'Connor once for Killorglin while William Courtney replied for Ballyhar.

The Under 16 divisions will be split after the first round of games with the top sides playing for League Trophy and the League Plate up for grabs for the other sides.
