KILLARNEY'S Paul Nagle tasted success at last weekend's Rally of Great Britain when he won the S2000 category - and finished 13th overall - codriving for Waterford's Craig Breen in their Kel Tech livered Ford Fiesta.
The pair led after stage 2 but slipped to second place after incurring a time penalty. They were back in the lead after stage 10 having punched in the second fastest time.
A fantastic performance over the remaining nine stages saw the duo return to the finish ramp holding a three-minute advantage over their nearest rivals and take maximum S2000 championship points.
Breen and Nagle now lies joint second, only eights points behind championship leader Sweden's PG Anderson, with two rounds remaining.
