THE games at Listowel Celtic survived the downpour and the home side drew with Killarney Athletic in Group 1 and in Group 2 they just got the better of Inter Kenmare.

The U-12 Girls Premier clash of Killarney Celtic B and Kingdom Girls went the way of the home side. Goals from Lucy Murphy, Clogadh McHuge and Dylanna O'Regan saw Kingdom Girls pick up a valuable three points on a score

THE only game involving sides in this division to go ahead was the clash of the Celtics, with the home side taking the spoils. And it was Listowel United who took advantage winning on a score of 2-0. Cillian Spillane got both goals and also jump out to a three-point lead at the top off the table.

In the U-15 Premier the two unbeaten sides clashed so something had to give. And it was The Park who flinched as goals from Peter McCarthy and Garry Mathews that got the goals for Killarney Celtic.

Obviously there won't be any team of the week this week. But there are a few more who deserve special mention. These are Ted Moloney and Kevin Goulding from Inter Kenmare and Simon Bartkiewicz, Jack Cooper and Rob O'Shea from Killarney Athletic U-11, Conor Hayse and Poga McCannon from The Park U-12s and Gary Mathews and Peter McCarthy from Killarney Celtic Under-15s.

In the Schoolgirls league it was Clogadh McHugh and Dylanna O'Regan who impressed for Kingdom Girls.
