MID Kerry's hopes of landing another County Championship crown were dashed the weekend.

They travelled to Killarney last Sunday to take on Legion but came home defeated in another tough battle in a game that, perhaps, they should have won. Final score Legion 2-8 Mid Kerry 0-11.
