Annascaul/Lispole win Under-14 County Football League title

Well done to the Annascaul/Lispole U14's who won the County Football League Division 5 final last Wednesday on a scoreline of Annascaul/Lispole 3-9 to Cordal/Scartaglin 4-3. Castlegregory U14's must do it all again after they drew with Brosna/Knock on a scoreline of Brosna/Knock 2-15 to Castlegregory 2-15. That replay is fixed for next Friday at 7.30 and the venue is to be confirmed, best of luck lads. In the Division 1 Final Dingle U14's were beaten by Austin Stacks, keep up the training lads you're time will come.

U16 Finals

Well done to An Ghaeltacht who had a great win in the Division 2 Final of the Central Region U16's. They played some great football to beat Milltown Castlemaine 0-9 to An Ghaeltacht 2-15 in Lispole on last Sunday evening. So well done to all involved.

Well done to Castlegregory who had a great win in the Division 3 Final of the Central Region U16's. They performed very well playing a fine brand of football to beat St Pats Blennerville 2-3 to Castlegregory 1-16 in Castlegregory on Sunday evening.

The next Under 8 Blitz will take place in Castlegregory this Wednesday 15th of May @ 6.30pm. The host club is in charge of having the pitch set up and referees present on the night. In the Keanes Supervalu Minor Football League Division 1 Dingle were defeated by Austin Stacks in Connolly Park last Monday by 2-9 to 0-14. An Ghaeltacht beat Dr. Crokes in Lewis Road by 0-11 to 1-7. An Ghaeltacht now play Austin Stacks in the final this Friday at 7pm in Lispole. Best of luck to An Gaeltacht team and memtors, beir bua!

Dingle Women's

Mini Marathon

All roads lead to Dingle next Saturday for The inaugural Dingle Women's Mini Marathon - the two main beneficiaries of this event are The National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI) and Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne in Dingle for the development of a playing pitch/running track. Best of luck to all involved and we wish it continued success. If you want to volunteer to help on the day please be down in the Dingle Marina at around 1 o'clock.
