Cordal GAA are weighting to get fit

Published 13/02/2013 | 09:50

"With pre-season training well and truly underway, our players are doing all they can to shake off the winter and get back into shape for the coming year." So writes PRO Nora Fealey.

"Along with the fitness work being done by the team, they are also doing a regime of physical training in the Cordal gym. As the club is always adding equipment to the gym for the benefit of the players we are mindful that there might be unwanted gym equipment lying around houses in the community that people are no longer using," said Nora.

" We are looking for a variety of equipment to complete the gym from weights to treadmills to bikes etc, so if you are doing a spring clean and you have unwanted equipment that is taking up space, we would really appreciate the donation. Collection can be arranged so please contact either the club e-mail a: secretary.cordal.kerry@gaa.ie or www.cordalgaa.ie (comment on the comments page on the website will not be viewed by the public) You can also make contact on our facebook page at Cordal GAA or just leave a text on the club mobile on 087 2285 653," Nora concluded.
