County Museum is a real Kerry diamond

Sir, I am writing in relation to Kerry County Museum. Our Cub Scout group visited and stayed in the museum over the weekend of February 9/10.
There were 31 cubs and eight leaders in our group and all had a fantastic time during their 'Night at the Museum'. We were very well received by the Museum staff and Claudia Kohler, the Education officer, could not have been more helpful or facilitative. Our every request was facilitated and both children and adults found it a fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
In a time when the public service receives frequent criticism, I believe that this initiative is a prime example of how innovative it can be and how flexible and resourceful the staff are. As a proud Corkman, it obviously doesn't come naturally to praise Kerry too much, but I must congratulate you on the tremendous facility the Museum is and the excellent staff within. You obviously create and run facilities as well as you play football, present league form not withstanding (I had to get a little dig in there!). It's fair to say that Kerry County Museum is a facility that not just the county but Munster should be proud of.
Yours in scouting,
Paul Mc Guirk,
On behalf of 80th Cork Little Island/Glounthaune Cub Scout Section
