SCOR na nOg action returned with a bang on Saturday night, when nine clubs took part in the north Kerry finals of the competition at Moyvan'e Marian Hall.

Children from Ballydonoghue, Beale, St Senans, Moyvane, Listowel Emmets, Asdee, Tarbert and host club Moyvane, joined Duagh for a great night of competition, which was overseen by Fear A Tí, North Kerry Board secretary, Mick Flavin.
It was a very successful evening for the St Senans Club who scooped four titles - in figure dancing, instrumental music, recitation and novelty act and were voted 'Club of the Night' for the second year running.
Other winners were Moyvane, who took top honours in the solo singing and ballad group; Listowel Emmets who won the quiz category and the dancers of Ballydonoghue who claimed victory in the set dancing category.
Sunday night's competition was sponsored by Paddy and Eileen Horgan of Amber Filling Station, Tarbert Road, Listowel who presented the trophies and medals to both winners and runners up.
All the winners will now go forward to the county semi final for the North of the County, which will take place at the Community Centre, Abbeydorney on Sunday, November 25, at 2pm sharp.
