Stay away from home

A YOUNG Abbeyfeale man was ordered to stay away from his family home and his local Tescos under bail conditions set at Listowel District Court on Thursday.

Jason O'Brien, 7 Hillview Drive, Abbeyfeale, was before Judge Mary Larkin charged with breaching a barring order made at Abbeyfeale District Court the previous day, putting Rosie O'Brien in fear. He was also charged with the theft of vodka and whiskey from Tesco, Abbeyfeale, on January 9.

He was brought to Listowel District Court in custody but released on bail on condition he stays away from Tesco, Abbeyfeale, and stays sober. Mr O'Brien said his new address was care of his sister Rosanne Coffey, Church Street Flat, Abbeyfeale.
