Munster-wide property auction

KERRY property owners who are looking to sell their property without any upfront costs are invited to submit properties for sale at the Munster Property Auction Company's first ever public auction which takes place at Cork's Rochestown Park Hotel on May 7.
The Munster Property Auction Company is a partnership of established auctioneers from across the province who offer both online and public auction events as part of the service to their clients.
The MPA company are the only auction provider in Ireland who do not charge admission or marketing fees to enter the auction, making it very appealing to property owners.
The company are currently working with a host of auctioneers in Kerry including Property Partners Gallivan in Killarney, Billy O'Shea of Killorglin, Property Partners Daly Ó Sé in Tralee, The Property Shop in Cahirciveen and West Kerry Properties in Dingle.
All properties entered into the auction are subject to a reserve price which is agreed with the property owners and the bids must meet or exceed this figure for a sale to be agreed.
All properties are first marketed on the 45 day online auction system via the auction website www.munsterpropertyauction.ie.
The property is advertised on all relevant property portals and websites along with significant exposure in multiple newspapers across Munster. This maximises the exposure each property receives and gives it the best possible chance of selling. The auction team will arrange viewings as normal and interested parties can place bids on the properties at any stage during the 45 day online auction.
