Kenneally to give lecture on coping with cancer

WELL KNOWN public speaker, author and TV presenter, Christy Kenneally, will visit Kerry next wek to give a lecture entitled 'From Heartbreak to Hope: Coping with cancer, illness and loss".
The acclaimed speaker will be at Ballygarry House Hotel on Wednesday, January 8 at 8pm, having accepted an invitation from cancer support house, Recovery Haven, which is sponsoring the free event.
"Christy engages easily with his audience and is highly entertaining while at the same time delivering the keynote messages on life changing events with warmth, empathy and a lovely personal style," said manager of Recovery Haven Siobhán Mac Sweeney.
Aside from his work as a motivational speaker, Christy Kenneally is a well-known TV presenter, lecturer, a former priest and a writer who has published 10 books.
He was honoured with The Order of the Amazon by the Polish Cancer Society in recognition of his 20 years of involvement with cancer groups throughout the world.
