Driver put off road for three years

A LISPOLE man has been disqualified from driving for three years after he was convicted of drink driving at Dingle District Court.
Jonathan Diver (24) of Garrynadur, Lispole, pleaded guilty to the offence which occurred at Farranakilla, Dingle, on May 23, 2013. The court heard that a sample provided at the station returned a reading of 277 mg of alcohol per 100ml of urine. The legal limit is 67mg. Mr Diver was fined €175 and disqualified for the mandatory three years.
The ban was postponed until August at the request of Mr Diver's solicitor, Padraig O'Connell.
