Coaching service for businesses

AIB has launched the second phase of it's successful coaching service for small and medium sized businesses.

As part of its "The Big Drive for Small Business" campaign AIB launched an SME Business Planning Programme earlier this year.

The second phase of the bank's business coaching programme began this month and is due to run until February 2013.

AIB teamed up with ActionCOACH, a leading business coaching company, to develop the programme which sees experts help business owners to design a customised 90 day programme to improve their company's efficiency levels.

The programme focuses on eight key business areas including how to set business goals, understanding financials and your cashflow cycle, marketing, improving customer service and how best to build and lead a team.

AIB Regional Director for Kerry Gene McPolin said the programme has so far proved extremely popular with customers.

"Feedback from customers involved in the programme has been very positive. We know that it is vital to the economic recovery of the nation that viable small businesses get all the support they need. We want business people to come and visit one of our branches nationwide or to contact their relationship manager in their branch or Commercial Centre to find out how AIB can support their business," he said.

Details of how to sign up for the programme are available at all AIB branches
