EMMETS supporters are urged to sign up to a new draw supporting costs at the famous club - launched this week and guaranteeing ten winners each month!

That is one of the main things setting it apart from similar club draws elswhere. With an annual prize fund of €10,000 - breaking down to 12 draws worth €850 each - the new draw guarantees ten winners each month.

It is all to support the massive costs faced by the club each year; where recent development has led to marked growth to the point where the club now fields 25 teams from under-age to senior level.

"We're asking asking all friends and supporters of the club to help us maintain and improve facilities by participating in our upcoming monthly draw," PRO Nora Browne said.

"It is now costing in excess of €80,000 per year to run the club and we are one of the few organisations in north Kerry without a weekly or monthly fundraiser," Ms Browne explained..

The cost of the draw is only €5 per month and tickets are now on sale. The club is also encouraging people to sign up for a yearly ticket for €60 and have organised options to pay by direct debit monthly, quarterly or annually.

Annual ticket holders will be included in a special draw for 2 prizes of €100 each that will take place on the night of our first draw.

Each draw will take place publicly on the last Wednesday of each month.
