The death took place during the week of Eily May Fitzgerald, Ballyhemican. Her remains were removed from Casey's funeral home to Causeway Church on Friday evening. Burial took place to Killury Graveyard on Saturday. Sympathy is extended to her family, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.

The North Kerry Hurling Board Scór na nÓg competition will take place on Saturday November 10th. Scór na nÓg is open to all pupils attending secondary school and participants can perform in a wide variety of areas including solo singing, novelty act, recitation, figure dancing, solo music and traditional music group. TIDY TOWNS KILMOYLEY
HALLOWEEN COFFEE MORNING & FANCY DRESS : A coffee morning in aid of the Kilmoyley Tidy Towns will take place on Sunday morning October 28th at 11am in Kilmoyley Community Care Centre. Fancy dress optional with prizes for the best homemade costumes for both adults and children. So put your thinking caps and SURPRISE US. Bake sale and other novelty acts also on the morning. St. Brendan's Gun Club will hold a table quiz in McElligott's bar Ardfert on Friday 26th of October at 9pm. €40 per table of 4. All are welcome.
On this coming Sunday 28th October the group have a four hour trek in Glanteenassig which is situated in the stradbally mt. Beenoskee Mountain runs down into Lough Caum, Lough Slat is situated down the glen which gives this outing a mixture of pulls, some rough terrain but worth it for the great scenery. Boots, sticks a must also a packed lunch. Meet at Tochar Car Park at 9.30am. All Wednesday two hour outings the group meet at church car park at 9am.
Farm Safety Poster Competition Congratulations to Robert Monahan, Kilmoyley National School who was presented with a certificate for his Farm Safety Poster and Slogan at the Tralee Education Centre recently. Robert's sound advice is "Play safely on the farm and you'll come to no harm." Gura fada buan tú Robert.
Well done to the boys and girls in First Class, Kilmoyley National School whose poster supporting the Kerry Ladies Football team appeared in the All Ireland Football Match Programme. The children also won five footballs for the school.
Bag packing for the juvenile club will take place at Garvey's Tralee on Saturday 3rd November from 10am to 6pm. Parents of underage players are asked to volunteer two hours on the day.
