A SEMINAR titled 'European Economic Policy- What's in it for Ireland?' will take place in IT Tralee on Thursday, 20 September.
This event, which is organised by the European Commission Representation in Ireland, will feature presentations from Executive Chairman of FEXCO, Brian McCarthy; Economics Editor of the Irish Independent, Brendan Keenan; and resident adviser on Economic and Financial Affairs at the European Commission, Nigel Nagarajan. This event will be chaired by Noelle O'Connell, Executive Director of European Movement Ireland.
The panel will aim to shed light on current economic developments at both European and domestic levels at this crucial time for Ireland, for the euro and for the European Union as a whole.
A Q&A session will follow the panel presentations.
The presentation will take place in the Sólás Building in the North Campus of IT Tralee. Registration will open at 6pm and the seminar will begin at 6.30pm.
