Getting active in Manor

MANOR WEST Retail Park will host an Active Citizens Day on Saturday September 28 to showcase the plethora of volunteering and leisure activities, which take place around Tralee.

Commencing at 12pm, local voluntary organisations and sports clubs will be exhibiting in the centre and providing information on how people can make the most of their free time now that Summer is over.

Manor West would like to call on everyone to come down on the day to find new and rewarding ways to become involved in the community.

The event will see a wide range of hobbies and activities represented on the day with volunteers from Tralee Chamber Alliance, Tralee School of Music, Banna Sea Rescue, Tralee Tidy Towns, Men's Shed Tralee, Tralee Rowing Club, Tralee Cycling Club, Kerry Adult Education, Tralee Tri Club and Tralee Harriers taking part.

The event will offer both young and old opportunities to see what activities are taking place around the town.
