What's not to love about a free workshop on healthy living for all the family that begins with a 'mini' massage?
That's the prospect for participants at an upcoming workshop in the Listowel Family Resource Centre on the vital topic of supporting healthy family life.
Taking place on Thursday, October 5 next, it will run from 9.30am until 1pm featuring a number of expert speakers set to provide fantastic advice on improving health in the home for all ages.
Speech and Language Therapy Manager with the HSE Mary O'Dwyer will be speaking on the the topic of 'Supporting, encouraging and promoting language in babies and toddlers; Play therapist Lorraine Hanlon will talk on supporting babies and toddlers through play; HSE consultant psychiatrist Dr Ann Horan is to talk on the topic of 'Well being for mom and family'; with Anne O'Donnell of Coiscéim speaking on the issue of complementary therapies for moms and babies.
