Fashion comes with a cause

BALLYROE Heights Hotel in Tralee will form the setting for an upcoming ladies lunch and fashion afternoon which aims to raise vital funds for cancer support house, Recovery Haven.

Taking place on Sunday, April 28, the event is being organised by Margaret Brick and will feature a champagne reception, exhibition area, four course lunch, a show featuring the latest Spring/Summer fashions from local boutiques and designers and goodie bags for every guest.

The best dressed lady on the day will win a custom designed dress by winning Kerry designer, Karyn Moriarty, with the competition being judged by well known stylist and fashion lover, Pat Walker, Karyn Moriarty herself and the team from Benefit at CH Tralee and Sean Taaffe. There will also be a prize for the best dressed mother and daughter on the day and lots of spot and raffle prizes will be up for grabs.

Organiser, Margaret Brick, said the event is for ladies of every age, who enjoy a great day out with with their girl friends and family whilst supporting the tremendous work of Recovery Haven Tralee.
