They are inviting all to come along to a coffee morning that is to be held in both locations on Saturday, October 12, from 10am to 2pm.

"The event is being organised to help raise some much needed funds for Mental Health Ireland. Mental Health Time = Coffee Time is a national campaign which hopes to build awareness among communities around the importance of maintaining good mental Health during Mental Health week from October 6-13," explained café spokesperson, Bridie Garvey.

"Coffee lovers are in for a treat as the coffee served in the cafe is Green Bean a freshly ground, organic, fair-trade coffee. Decaffeinated drinks along with some tasty nibbles will also be provided.

"We're delighted and we welcome the opportunity to participate and promote such a worthwhile and important campaign," says Bridie. "Monica has spent over 20 years in promoting and supporting healthier lifestyles and wellbeing among her customers. She is at her best dispensing free, expert advice on preventative healthcare.

Staff members are donating their spare time to help out and all proceeds earned will go towards services provided by Mental Health Ireland.
