Fundraising card game

The annual Bord na nOg Card Game will take place at Fr Casey's Clubhouse on Friday, February 10 at 9pm. Lots of spot prizes will be given out on the night with tickets costing just €5. Mock wedding

The Annual Hunting Festival begins on Sunday, February 12 at Walsh's Bar Knocknagoshel with the Stonehall Harriers. All meets at 11am, hunting is on foot and the quarry is fox. Cap €10 per meet. Drama date for the diary

Abbeyfeale Drama Group are rehearsing at present for their production of a Michael J Ginnelly Play 'A Wake in the West' which will be begin its run at Fr. Casey's on St. Valentine Night and continue through February on 16,18,19,21,23,25 and finishing up on Sunday, February 26.

Sally O Mahony from Ardfert has been selected for the public voting stage of the 2017 Doodle 4 Google competition. Sally is a 5th year student at Mercy Mounthawk Secondary school, Tralee & is a student of Ann O Shea Daly. Community Games

Art competition for children from Ardfert and Kilmoyley will take place in Ardfert National School on Wednesday 7 February 3.15pm - 4.15pm. Please bring own colours. Futsal training for girls u13 and u15 continues in Ardfert Community Centre on Sunday evenings 6-7pm. Shin guards compulsory. Cost €2. The competition for this will take place on 18th February, venue to be confirmed. Draughts training is on Friday evenings in Ardfert Community Centre from 7-8pm. Please bring a draughts board. Cost €1.

Primary School Debating: The debating team are into the second round of the competition. The team will face Blennerville N.S. this Friday to decide who goes through to the next round. Best of luck to the team.

Open Night: There will be an open night at the school on Wednesday 15th February at 8.00pm to meet the teachers and see what our school has to offer your child. Enrolment forms are also available from the school.

Bingo: Due to popular demand our annual bingo afternoon takes place on Sunday 19th February at 2.00pm in the Ardfert Community Centre. There will be plenty of prizes and a jackpot of €200.
