ANN Laide and her staff at Caball's Toymaster in Tralee have joined a national campaign to raise money for the Jack and Jill Foundation.
Toymaster shops all over Ireland have joined the campaign which is aimed at helping the foundation provide nursing hours for 300 Irish families with sick children.
The campaign invites people to buy a 'Toby' mascot puppy at Caball's for €3 and all the funds raised will go directly to the Jack and Jill fund. This is the second time Toymaster has run the 'Toby for Charity' initiative and Ann is appealing to the public to support the campaign.
"Last year's 'Toby for Charity' campaign was a resounding success. So we are delighted to be supporting Jack and Jill once again, with every cent raised from the initiative going to the charity. Working in and supporting the local community is very important to Toymaster so the 'Toby for Charity' campaign is very meaningful, as each Toby sold helps a child in the local community," she said.
