HALOWEEN: Destination Ballybunion would like to thank everyone who supported their 5 days of events over the Break A great crowd turned up to all events in the Tintean and the Film Hocus pocus Drew 100 kids on Tuesday evening , Next year we will have repeat all events and create a few new items ,


Up on 50 kids are involved in this years stage school at the Tintean, Primary school from 4pm and secondary school from 5.30pm , still a few places call 06828003


Destination Ballybunion will hold a Marketing and Tourism Meeting in the Tintean next Monday evening at 7pm.


Ballybunion Bingo is now attracting crowds in excess of 200 people . The bingo has doubled over the last 12 mths, Tintean is a great venue and the Board of the Theatre donated €1,000 to the Senior Citizens Christmas Dinner last week.


The Senior Citizens Dinner is Back in the Golf Hotel again this year on Friday 14th December with music by Stevie Donnegan.


There is a meeting for Fleadh Cheoil Ciarrai 2013 on this Thursday evening 8th November at 8.30pm in Kilcooleys. All members are asked to return their fund raising tickets sold or unsold.


Ballybunion Community Alert would like to thank all who helped and contributed to the recent church gate collection which raised E614. Anyone interested in getting a monitored alarm please leave your name and contact details at Ballybunion Garda Station before Saturday November 17th. For grant aided applications Dept. of Social Protection rules apply.


REMINDER - Public meeting tonight Wed. 7th Nov. in the Community Centre at 8pm with O'Leary and associates to discuss the outcome of the survey and to identify key areas to be addressed in the Ballybunion Community Development Plan.


Congratulations to Lorraine Nolan who was a part of the Kerry team that won the All Ireland Schools Inter Regional Tournamet held at National Basketball Arena in Tallaght recently.

They won 4 games to qualify for the final where they beat Cork 48 - 34. Well done also to Wildcats trainer Gavin Daly who is assistant coach to the team.

U10 Blitz; u10 boys & girls hosted a blitz last Sunday and ensured a enjoyable day was had by all. Many thanks to all who helped out. U14 Girls;
