Congratulations to Darragh Browne who achieved further success in cross country running last weekend. He won gold in the Under 16 category. Along with William Kissane they were also part of the winning team. Niamh Stack was also competing. She came first in the Under 14 category. The school are very proud of all their successes and also all the other students involved from the school. The very best of luck in furthering their running careers.We wish Cora 'Mahony the best of luck this weekend as she competes in Kenmare.
ALL IRELAND SCHOOL'S TALENT SEARCH
Clodagh Mason ( 2nd year) competed in the first round of the 'Schools Talent Search' on Monday night October 8th in St.John's Heritage and Cultural Centre, Listowel. The school are very proud to be represented by Clodagh who sang really well on the night. She has now qualified for the next round of the competition at the end of October. We wish Clodagh the very best of luck in the next round.
We wish to congratulate the Staff and Students of the school who made our Open Night on Thursday night last October 11th such a success. Looking forward to welcoming the visiting students and parents to the school next August.
Asdee "Club 55" Active Retired group will host their North Kerry ARA Tea Dance on Sunday 21st October in the local Community Centre from 2pm - 6pm. Music by Steve Donegan.
There will be an important meeting in the Community Centre for parents of 6th class primary school children on Monday 22nd October at 8pm. A full attendance would be much appreciated.

Ballylongford / Tarbert CCE AGM meeting will be held in the GAA hall Ballylongford on 18th October at 8 pm all are welcome. We also have Guitar Lessons available on a friday night so anyone interested is very welcome and the class starts at 6.30.

A Night at the Dogs Charity fund – raiser will be held at The Kingdom Greyhound Tack in Tralee on November 10th with the proceeds in aid of Aware Ireland.
