New heights for Ballyroe
TRALEE'S Ballyroe Heights Hotel has been named as Ireland's best best wedding venue. The hotel, which is owned and run by the Collins family, was named as Ireland's Top Wedding Hotel in the WeddingDates.ie 2013 Wedding Venue Awards.
The results are based on reviews submitted to the WeddingDates.ie website by couples who have revealed their experiences at various wedding venues that were eligible for the awards.
Ballyroe Heights Hotel received the most reviews from couples which resulted in the hotel coming out on top in all five categories.
As well as being named Ireland's Best Overall Wedding Venue Ballyroe was named as the Best Country House Wedding Venue in Ireland, the Best 3-Star Wedding Venue in Ireland, the Best Munster Venue and the Best Kerry Venue.
It is the second year the hotel has won the Kerry title.
Ballyroe is also currently the Number One ranked Tralee hotel on Bookings.com.
John Collins, proprietor of Ballyroe Heights Hotel, said everyone at the hotel was thrilled to have won the prestigious awards.
