Scór Na bPáistí finals at the Tintean Theatre

BALLYBUNION'S Tintean Theatre will come alive to the sound of music, song and dance this Sunday, April 13, when the north Kerry venue hosts the county finals of Scór Na bPáistí.

There will be eight Districts Boards represented - Mid Kerry, South Kerry, East Kerry, Kenmare District, North Kerry Football, North Kerry Hurling, Castleisland District, West Kerry and Tralee/St Brendan's - with medals being awarded to both winners and runners up and certicifates for everybody competing.

The Siobhan Cotter Memorial Shield, which was introduced in 2008 in memory of the woman who founded the competition - will be presented to the Overall Club at the end of proceedings.

Those taking part in the table quiz competition are reminded that there is a starting time of 1 p.m. sharp and all participants are requested to be present at 12.30 p.m. All other disciplines will be getting underway at 2.30 pm.
