Michael bringing out very best in Kerry's pubs and scenery
Irish stews and other hearty pub fare along with the premises serving them have rarely looked as succulent as they do in the latest publications renowned Kerry photographer Michael Diggin has had a major hand in.
Ireland's largest publisher Gill had recourse to the Tralee man's talent yet again in compiling the latest instalments in their pocket series - The Pocket Irish Pub Cookbook and the Pocket Irish Craic.
Now on sale in all good bookshops, they're expected to sell like hot cakes among visitors as the season gets underway. And with Kerry food, pubs and scenery featuring so prominently thanks to Michael, it's all very much to the good for the Kingdom and her tourism fortunes.
Michael supplied most of the images of Kerry and of his home town of Tralee that feature in both publications, capturing the very craic-laden essence of the county's pubs to perfection in a light no doubt our vintners will be extremely taken with.
