THE eerie scene is once again set for this year's Halloween Ghost Trail in Knocknagoshel which promises to be bigger, better and spookier than ever before.
Celebrating 19 years of fright nights this year, the renowned event has firmly established itself as Kerry's premier Halloween spectacle, attracting thousands of visitors to the village.
Back with a bang this year, the Halloween Ghost Trail kicks off at the Well Road on Sunday, October 28 from 6.30pm and tickets cost €5. Once again, visitors can expect another chilling production, with over 300 volunteers and performers doing their bit to ensure a genuinely terrifying experience .As with previous years, there will be plenty of nasty surprises along the way so the faint hearted had better bring company.
Anyone intending on braving this year's trail are asked to file down through Parnell Square before embarking on the chilling adventure and obey the stewards along the route to ensure a great night's entertainment.
All funds raised from the event will be distributed among local community groups and nominated charities, including Kerry Hospice Foundation Palliative Care Unit, Rehab Care and The Sister Maureen Uganda Fund.
