IT's as unlikely a scene as you'd possibly find yourself in - swigging champagne with David Beckham, Paris Hilton and some of the richest musicians and sports stars in the the world.
But for four Currow brothers it was all just part and parcel of being friendly with eight time world champion boxer Manny Pacquiao, who invited them to his fight in China last weekend.
Having found himself at the centre of an international media frenzy in April 2012 when he trained with the renowned boxer in the Philippines, Currow man Sean Pembroke struck up a friendship with the sports star, swapping personal phone numbers.
He was even a guest at Pacquiao's lavish birthday in The City of General Santos this time last year.
Having kept in touch by phone, Pacquiao invited Sean to his recent fight in Macau in China on November 23 and even offered three extra tickets for his brothers Tommy, David and Martin.
Recalling a 'surreal' weekend in Asia, David Pembroke said that the avid boxing fans not only got to experience a fantastic fight between their pal Pacquiao and US fighter Brandon Rios, but also got to meet two fellow legends of the game - Puerto Rican Miguel Cotto and US professional boxer Roy Jones Jnr.
And if that wasn't enough, the brothers then partied the night away at the exclusive Venetian Hotel and Casino Resort with none other than hotel heiress Paris Hilton, soccer legend David Beckham and one of the richest rappers in the world, apl.de.ap of Black Eyed Peas fame.
"It was absolutely unbelievable," David told The Kerryman.
"We flew out on Thursday and came back on Monday, so it was a really quick turnaround but it was so surreal.
"The fight was definitely the highlight, just to see the speed of Pacquiao in action, but of course it was great to meet the likes of Paris Hilton and David Beckham and apl.de.ap, who was really sound. It was one amazing session."
