Banking on Bank Holiday racing bliss in Listowel
€5,000-worth of top fashion prizes are in the offing at the June Bank Holiday race meeting in Listowel, organisers revealed on its launch last week.
Stunning Shauna Lynch and Eilísh Stack were on hand at the launch to give a great taster of the high fashion we can expect on the Island once more come the two-day meeting - on Sunday and Monday, June 4 and 5.
The mixed-card National Hunt and Flat meeting marks the perfect start to the Listowel summer alongside Writers' Week always and culminates for the fashion on the Sunday Ladies' Day.
This year it's former Exposé presenter Aisling O'Loughlin who will be judging the fashion with the benefit of her years of expert experience in the field.
Organised by Listowel fashion expert Eilísh Stack, the competition this year sees one hell of an impressive €5,000-worth of prizes - sponsored by the businesses and publicans of this great racing town.
"We are delighted to welcome Aisling O'Loughlin as our judge this year and it further establishes Listowel as one of the premier ladies days of the Summer Season," Eilísh said, "The event continues to grow in both attendances and prestige which is thanks to the on-going support of the businesses in Listowel and the Race Company."
