THE LATEST product from a farm in Courtnacuddy is being launched today (Tuesday, November 6) at Pettitt's SuperValu in St. Aidan's Shopping Centre, Wexford. Killowen Farm's 'Limited Edition' blackcurrant yogurt is made from the milk produced from the 150 strong herd of cows at the farm of Nicholas and Judith Dunne.

The taste has been honed from live cultures developed over the past 30 years to create a tangy taste. The blackcurrants used in the mix are also very much locally grown. The vitamin C rich fruit is supplied by, Des Jeffares of Drinagh, star of the Ribena advert.

This is the first in a series of 'Limited Editions' from Killowen, all prettily packaged in a reusable glass jar, with strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, lemon curd and natural versions to follow. The recommended retail price is €1.29 for the 140 gram jar.
