New development for McCurtain Street

A planning application has been lodged with Wexford County Council for permission to demolish two houses at McCurtain Street, Gorey, and to replace them with a retail unit and two apartments.

James Tomkins has applied to demolish the existing structure which consists of two dwellings at the Monument junction, and to replace it with a two-storey building.

This would include a ground floor shop unit and a ground floor apartment, and another apartment on the first floor.

Permission is also being sought for connection to the existing public services in the area.
