'Half a day' for driver's trial

A CASE of alleged dangerous driving, driving without insurance and refusal to give a sample of breath, blood or urine will take at least half a day of the District Court's time.

That was the estimate offered by barrister Jordan Fletcher representing Grzegorz Tyrawa from 22 Creagh Demesne in Gorey.

The charges included one count of dangerous driving at Springvalley in Enniscorthy on November 7 and three dating back to Gorey on November 18 – at Ballytegan Road, at Camolin and at the Arklow Road.

Judge John Lindsay then put the case in for hearing at the court sitting of June 11.

Tyrawa was present, following proceedings with the assistance of a translator.
