Gorey man charged with damaging four windows at Coach House

A Gorey man charged with criminal damage had his case adjourned until April when he appeared before Judge Gerard Haughton at last Wednesday's sitting of Enniscorthy District Court.

Ivan O'Connor (34), Kelvick, Arklow Road, Gorey was charged with damaging four windows belonging to Sean Doyle at the Coach House, Esmond Square, Gorey on September 24, 2015.

Defending counsel for O'Connor said that one of their witnesses had to return to work and wasn't available. Inspector Martin Foley said that the State were ready to go ahead with the case.

Judge Haughton adjourned the case until April 12.
