Wexford properties in Allsop auction

EIGHT COUNTY Wexford properties are up for grabs at the next Allsop auction in Dublin on Tuesday, February 25. There are three well known County Wexford commercial properties for sale in the biggest Allsop auction to date.
21-23 North Main Street in Wexford (currently Euro Saver) is on the market for between €500,000 and €550,000. The lease with Euro Saver is due to expire in July 2017 and the current rent is €55,000 per annum.
15 Quay Street, New Ross, where Paddy Powers bookmakers is located, has a reserve price of between €475,000 and €525,000. The ground floor lease to Paddy Power is due to expire in June 2026. The annual rent is €60,000.
The Crazy Crab Restaurant, Kilmore Quay, has a reserve not to exceed €85,000. It is being offers a restaurant and fish processing plant investment. The rent on the property is €30,600 per annum.
Houses for sale include 13 Hazelwood, Bridgetown, which has a reserve of €20,000. It is a two bedroom mid-terrace house extending to approximately 667 sq. ft. Others are: Apple Tree Cottage, Ramsgrange, a four bedroom detached dormer bungalow which has a reserve price of €95,000; 19 Beachside Avenue, Courtown, a three bedroom end of terrace house with a reserve of €50,000; 56 Sandycove, Ballymoney, with a reserve of €60,000; and 12 Beachside Avenue, Riverchapel, Courtown, with a reserve of €55,000.
