EUROSPAR TAGHMON BAGS TOP HONOUR
EUROSPAR Taghmon received one of retail's highest honours at a prestigious 5 Star awards ceremony held by EUROSPAR's parent company BWG Foods.
Retailers from all over Ireland gathered at Killashee House, Co Kildare, for the ceremony, which was held in association with the Excellence Ireland Quality Association.
The 5 Star Awards are only given to EUROSPAR stores that pass a grueling year-long inspection, including unannounced audits and visits from mystery shoppers. John Conway's EUROSPAR Taghmon was given the 5 Star award and also received special recognition for winning 5 Star awards for five years in a row.
The EUROSPAR 5 Star Awards Scheme is a rolling scheme where participants must undergo rigorous year long assessments across a range of categories including customer care, shop presentation, food safety and retailing innovation.
