NO ONE could say opera is cheesy, but to celebrate the 62nd Wexford Festival Opera, Wexford Creamery is launching a limited-edition vintage cheddar, inspired by the quality of the performances.

The launch of the vintage Wexford Cheddar marks the third year the company has produced a vintage cheese to accompany the festival.

The vintage edition will be available in SuperValu, Londis and Centra shops across Co. Wexford. The high quality of this limited-edition cheddar, matured for more than 18 months, is inspired by the quality of the Wexford Festival Opera productions.

This year, Wexford Creamery is also giving Wexford Cheddar fans the chance to win two premium tickets to the Wexford Festival Opera production of Cristina, Regina di Svezia, on Sunday, November 3, overnight at the four-star Ferrycarrig Hotel, dinner at The Yard in Wexford and VIP access to an exclusive champagne reception.

For a chance to win, send an email to info@wexford-creamery.com and tell us them thing you love about Wexford. Details at www.wexfordcheddar.com.
