An Australian soap star hunk drew an admiring audience to Treacy's Hotel in Templeshannon recently.
At least 300 female fans lined up to meet their 'Home and Away' hero Dan Ewing, better known as the rugged Heath Braxton on the TV.
They came to check if the six pack was for real and did not go away unhappy.
Demand to get close to the Aussie heart-throb was so brisk that two sessions were organised.
The 26-year-old was first introduced to scores of teenaged admirers who filled the air with their screams.
Then he posed for pictures and chatted to followers, who had to be at least 18 years old to attend..
The man from New South Wales was following in the footsteps of programme colleague Luke Mitchell, who came to Enniscorthy in April.
Hotel marketing manager Angela Devitt said there were no immediate plans to put any more Aussie actors in the spotlight.
However, she hinted that every effort is being made to bring home-grown 'Love and Hate' cast members to town instead.
