Killalane set for launch at the Loughshinny Awards

THE Loughshinny Motorcycle Supporters Club Awards for 2013 will take place on 8th February in the CityNorth Hotel, Gormanston.
On this night the club will be announcing the winners of the Club Road Race Championship, the special awards from the Skerries 100 and Killalane Road Races and recognising some of the achievements of the short circuit club riders.
There are some recognition awards to the people who have supported the club in various ways and there will also be representatives from Irish Guide-dogs for the Blind, RNLI, Sightsavers and St Itas School. Each charity/organisation with be presented with a cheque from the club's Classic Parade Laps in 2013.
It is hard to believe that the Killalane road races will celebrate its 30th Anniversary this September, and the club will launch the races also on the night.
There is no charge, but the club need to know how many are coming. There will be a raffle on the night and you are asked that you each buy some tickets (three strips for €5) and there will be a donation bucket at the door as well.
There are some great prizes already, but if you would like to bring something along to add to the list then please do.

There will be a minibus collecting (7.15pm) and dropping (2.15am) from Lusk and Skerries and you must contact the club to reserve a seat.
There will be finger food and enough cocktail sausages to feed the masses!
