Happy summer campers

IT'S all go down at Round Towers GAA Club in Lusk.
Between summer camps and sponsored walks, it's business as usual at the busy GAA club.
Last week summer well and truly arrived with the Kellogg's Cul Camp taking place with children getting the chance to enjoy the first week of their summer holidays with lots of fun activities organised.
Camps are continuing right through July with a Gaelic football and hurling camp taking place this week, followed by a Nursery Gaelic football and hurling Academy next week.

Meanwhile, the juvenile section took part in a 5K sponsored walk which saw representation from most of the juvenile teams.
The youngsters departed the club with their coaches and parents for the walk around the village.
It only took them an hour to finish their blue and white march and on returning to the club they played some rounders and football and competed in a crossbar challenge.
Thanks has also been extended to some of the first team players who manned the BBQ, and then Nursery coaches who looked after the tuck shop and assisted coaches in the fun games with the children.
